Infinite Turns (Les Virages Infinis) by Le Martin-Pêcheur is an Expert technical track made almost entirely of zigzagging road. Seen from above, the path snakes through two long rectangular loops and a long diagonal run, with the edges constantly stepping left and right, so there is barely a straight metre anywhere. Staying fast means feathering the throttle and keeping the car centred while the road wiggles underneath you. It is a pure steering-rhythm test: lose the rhythm once and the next few turns punish you.
